Atty. Dinno A. Tanoy finished his Bachelor of Business Administration major in Management and Bachelor of Laws from Silliman University, one of the top 10 law schools in the Philippines. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in May 2004.
Since the time he took his oath as a lawyer, he has been in active private legal practice. He had the opportunity to serve the public when he was elected as a local official for several years. While in government service, he has enacted several local ordinances and resolutions, which up to now, has been strictly observed and enforced.
He also had the privilege to teach various law subjects at Silliman University College of Business Administration and at the Negros Oriental State University College of Law.
From his humble beginnings, he was able to open two very busy Private Law Offices and has widened his practice area.
Over the years, he has been involved in incorporation and consultancy with private local corporations. He also has expanded his practice by entering into the virtual world. He has established substantial clientele internationally, helping start up companies by providing them legal consultancy and legal support.
He is also very active in criminal, civil and labor cases litigation.
Atty. Tanoy is also a Registered Nurse.
